Cook, Rabbit, Cook!
A downloadable game for Windows
A PSX-inspired horror game where a nest of rabbits find themselves forced to cook a hearty stew - unawares that they are soon to become a key ingredient!
You have to escape granny's house without becoming ensnared by the sinister overgrown roots, but will you be able to save your friends too?
their fate lies in your fuzzy paws...
How to play
- WASD/Arrow keys to move
- F to pickup items or hide in pots
- Avoid granny and escape from the locked front entrance
This game was made with Unity for Global Game Jam 2023 over a weekend. The original jam version will always be available as v0.3, but bear in mind there are some glaring technical issues and softlocks in that version.

nice
Hey, I was in the group that made Mycelium at GGJ with you!
Really like the game! Can't believe this was your first ever game jam, you should be very very proud.
We finally fixed the upload on the GGJ site, so if you play our game, I'd love to hear your feedback.
Hope you had a grand time mate and that we'll see you at another one!
Thank you so much! I'm still buzzing from the jam and will definitely be down for any more coming up.
Mycelium's rocketing intensity is an experience for sure- tracking lots of resources amidst a sea of glowy eye candy and constantly progressing music is a ton of fun.
I cleared it with 100% after two attempts, although I did feel an absence of holy lasers to repel Elytra's attacks with...
On a more serious note, I think the new user experience is solid but I must admit that I didn't quite grasp the spore mechanics at first... (didn't read the how to play properly!)
If you're gonna take the game further, I'd love to see a higher difficulty mode maybe with more mechanics like a quicker version of the spore burst that's less ammo efficient.
Overall, it takes best gameplay and soundtrack for the jam easily.
